The CLC has five strategic aims upon which monitoring and
evaluation is based:
• To ensure access to ICT based teaching and learning resources
for pupils and teachers
• To ensure access to ICT based teaching and learning resources
for the community
• To transform teaching and learning through the use of
information, communication and learning technologies
• To provide professional development in information,
communication and learning technologies for staff involved in
teaching and learning
• To establish and maintain the CLC as sustainable high-grade
information, communication and learning technologies resource
centre for users
